how to work in Japanese animation company (general remarks)

This page is a general remarks about working in Japanese animation company.

 these comanies recruitment is classified by 2 pattern. One is wokring as a prodution staff, another one is Photographing staff or animation staff.

 If you want to apply for the animation staff,  almost all requirements are that you have to have a driver's license.

and the salary is around 180000yen per month. I think that the salary is cheaper than any other jobs in Japan. furthermore, some production staff is worked untill midnight. if you want to go back to your home untill 6:00pm or 7:00pm, you shouldnot work as a production staff.

I have heard that many production staff resigned because the salary is too cheap and  the work environment is not good.

So, I think that working as an animation staff (CG or application creater, designer or photographer ) is better than working as a prodution staff. because working as an animation staff is as hard as working a production staff.

But if you have a good skill, the possibility of working animation staff will raise and you can get many salary too.
